“ There is much sameness about Holiday Inn Express properties, but in this case, it was the people who made the difference. The front desk personnel were outstanding, personable, professional and knowledgeable.Stephanie and Maria made by days with their winning smiles and laughter. The room was comfortable and clean. I thought a little loud, then found the window was open. Even closed, there was highway noise but at least muted. One problem I had driving in from the north off Southern, a tree obscured your sign so I circled the area 3 times before seeing the hotel. The Inn could use a little capital improvement, but overall a decent place to stay. ”

“The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. I felt safe from the second I stepped into the hotel. But the thing that really made this a 5 star experience was the customer service. The staff here are so friend and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience possible.”

“ As expected, this IHG Express location delivered 5-star accommodations. Room 329, HIE standard king, was clean and well-maintained. There was ample storage, a large desk, a chair, and an ottoman. The on line photos were accurate. We always appreciate the HIE room-darkening shades. Breakfast was the HIE standard assortment, and the buffet was clean and well-maintained. Unlimited free 16 oz bottles of water for each guest was the bonus treat at this location. Water cost $5.50 per bottle at two baseball stadiums we attended. We had an enjoyable stay. ”
